Just out of Florence, at the gates of Chianti. Impruneta is deeply linked with Florence, with the Holy Image of its Virgin, object of veneration, still kept in the Cathedral. However it is particularly known for its clay, the one Brunelleschi used to build the cupola of Santa Maria del Fiore; and its craft products are still today of very high quality.
